1.Brief introduction
The project is a set of wind speed&direction monitoring system based on the field wind tower layout diagram of the wind farm.There are 6 wind measuring towers,which are distributed on a 75-meter-radius circumference and each wind-measurement tower is installed with 5 wind-speed and wind weather meteorological sensors.With real-time data browsing,historical data retrieval and data curve function,the system collects the data of each wind speed and direction sensor as required and uploads it to the backend server of the data center.The server completes receiving,storing,analyzing and sorting the data of each wind speed and wind direction monitoring point, and manages the database.
2. Components of the system
Wind speed measurement and wind direction monitoring system consists of ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor,power supply system,meteorological collector,fiber switch and background monitoring host.Please check the details of wind field system block diagram as follows:

2.1 Communication compositions
Communication system is divided into two parts:communication between collector and the main control room background server and communication between collector and the sensor on the wind tower.Each meteorological wind tower is equipped with a meteorological data collector,which is installed at a height of 1.5 meters height of the wind tower.1.The communication scheme between the collector and the main control room background service.A 12-fiber cable is used as the communication medium between the collector and the main control room. As shown in Figure 1, a 12-core fiber optic cable is placed on-site from No.6 wind measuring tower to the main control building switch. Optical cables are required to reserve 10 meters of towers at each wind measuring tower and melt the fiber.Each wind measuring tower uses fiber switches to connect the data to the fiber and transmit it to the back-end through the optical fiber.
2.The communication scheme between the collector and the sensor
Each wind tower is installed with 5 wind speed&wind direction sensors distributed in height and a weather data collector is installed at a height of 1.5 meters.Collector and each wind speed sensor adopt cable connection for power supply and data communication,using RS485 communication interface.

2.2 Ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor
WXA100-02 ultrasonic weather sensor is a new meteorological sensor independently researched and developed by our company. The sensor adopts the latest ultrasonic vector and superposition technology principles, and has the advantages of high measurement accuracy, long service life, low start-up wind speed, and maintenance-free advantages. The sensor has been widely used in high-speed railway, high voltage transmission lines,farms, highways and other meteorological monitoring areas. Considering the fact that the tower is tall and the maintenance is inconvenient, it is recommended to use this type of ultrasonic wind speed and direction sensor.

2.3 Data collector
The data collector is an unattended meteorological data collection system integrating meteorological data collection,storage,transmission and management.With meteorological data collection,real-time clock,meteorological data storage,parameter setting,friendly man-machine interface and standard communication functions,it is easy to establish wired (RS485, RS232, Ethernet, etc.) and wireless Communication (GPRS, WIFI, satellite, radio, etc.) connection.ZMWS-100 series collectors have the characteristics of high measurement accuracy,strong environmental adaptability and stable system operation,which is an ideal choice for scientific research and industrial system applications. At present,ZMWS-100 series collectors have been widely used in many fields such as meteorological observation,agricultural research,ecological observation,soil moisture research,wind observation, road weather stations and so on.

3.Data processing software
3.1 Live data browsing: Accurate and real-time graphical display of all current measurement conditions, including wind speed and direction at each level of the tower.

3.2 Historical data search query: It can record wind speed and wind direction historical data of all measuring points within a year, and can be viewed at any time and export historical data through mobile devices.

3.3 Data curve function: Provides all parameters real-time curve and history curve function.The real-time curve reflects the wind speed and direction change curve within 24 hours.The history curve is based on the selected measuring point,time period,generated curve and can simultaneously display the wind speed and wind direction data curves of all measuring points in different colors.

3.4 Alarm function: The software has the function of wind speed and wind direction exceeding the threshold alarm function. When the instantaneous value exceeds the set alarm threshold, the software can monitor the interface in real time and can alarm through different colors.
