1.Brief Introduction

Meteorological parameter indicators are the basis for safety production planning and engineering design of oilfields.Long-term,continuous and accurate monitoring of sudden and severe meteorological environments is a prerequisite for safe production management.Oilfield operations areas are often sparsely populated,mostly in the harsh environment of the mountains,Gobi deserts,desert areas and there are no meteorological data for reference. Severe weather such as rainfall,snowfall,high winds,low temperature (frozen),floods have posed certain threats to the safety,production,transportation and storage of oil and gas.The effective monitoring of the meteorological environment and weather changes in the oil field production and collection stations and timely provision of meteorological services will effectively ensure the safety and business development of the oil production and collection stations.So climate indicators are of strategic significance, and meteorological environmental monitoring has tactical significance.

2.Compositions and functions

Each collection station is planned to construct two sets of automatic meteorological data collection systems,consisting of five elements meteorological sensors,meteorological data collectors,wind vanes,power supply systems,explosion-proof chassis,lightning protection devices,masts,meteorological data monitoring software in the background, back-office SMS publishing platform and other parts.The system integrates new sensing technologies,electromagnetic compatibility technologies,data processing and signal analysis technologies,low-power design technologies and network communication technologies,realizing real-time information on air temperature,humidity,pressure,wind speed & direction in the collection station area.Monitoring and the environmental information can be transmitted to the expert analysis system (backstage) through wired or wireless communication.The expert analysis system can store,statistically analyze and analyze the collected information,and show users by reports,curves and charts.

2.1 Compositions

Meteorological data collector: It is installed on the support and can be used to collect data of weather sensors such as temperature,humidity,wind speed&direction and atmospheric pressure through automatic or real-time controlled methods.With automatic timing, data storage after the interruption of the communication network,you can set the data collection interval through the background. The weather collector uses an explosion-proof chassis design.

Communication unit: The meteorological monitoring device will send the data and calculation results to the back-end system through GPRS/3G/Ethernet/RS485/optical fiber and other communication transmission methods.

Power supply system: Converts 220V power to 12V on site to power the meteorological data acquisition device and meteorological sensor.


2.2 Functions

1. Real-time collection of wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity and pressure near the injection station, providing environmental parameters for production management.

2. Set up an environmental meteorological database for collecting stations and acchieve the long-term accumulation of meteorological data at the gathering station to provide basis for future production management.

3. Establish a meteorological environment parameter alarm system. When the parameters such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, wind speed, and wind direction exceed the alarm setting value, the manager can be informed through the background, short message, etc., and the manager can remotely formulate corresponding treatment measures.

4. Establish a meteorological environment parameter release platform, and in accordance with the set requirements, send the meteorological station meteorological parameters to the designated mobile phone and instruct the operator to produce according to the corresponding environmental parameters.
