1.Brief introduction

ZM300 automatic weather station is a meteorological monitoring system designed and produced according to the national meteorological industry standard,which is easy to use,has high measurement accuracy and integrates meteorological elements.The system features compact structure,stable performance,ultra-low power consumption and is a small,cost-effective,small-scale automatic weather station.It has been applied in environmental monitoring fields such as weather,airports,transportation,military,agriculture and water conservancy.

2.The component of product

Weather sensors (ambient temperature,ambient humidity,atmospheric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, daily radiation, etc.), data acquisition instruments, power supply systems, communications systems, etc.

2.1Data acquisition instrument

The data acquisition instrument is designed with low-power embedded technology and collects various sensor parameters in real time. According to user settings, the data is analyzed, displayed, and stored. Designed integrated wireless GPRS communication module, Ethernet interface, RS232 interface, RS485 interface, users can choose the appropriate interface to transmit data to the server.

1.Multi-channel serial port,analog acquisition interface,digital input interface for connecting monitoring sensors.

2.Store historical data, and the data is not lost after power off.

3.Using standard industrial interfaces,the wiring is reliable and convenient.

4.Bring the monitor to realize the data of the connected monitoring instrument.

5.Strong shell, protection level up to IP65 standard.

6.Equipped with anti-static,surge and high-frequency interference,the equipment can operate normally in the environment of smoke,water splash and humidity,it has good shock resistance and impact resistance and it can meet the industrial environment.

7.With data export function, data can be exported through wired method.

8.The system comes with real-time clock, with automatic power-down function, and supports remote calibration.

9.The device has a password protection function.

10.Embedded high-performance and low-power processor.

11.Watch Dog function to improve the reliability of system operation.

12.Supports various wireless communication methods such as GPRS/Serial/Ethernet, GPRS communication has automatic dial-up function when disconnected, ensuring that it is permanently online after being opened.

13.The external interfaces adopt optical isolation design and have strong anti-interference ability.

14.High-precision analog acquisition function, 16-bit sampling accuracy.

2.2wind speed and wind direction sensor

The meteorological acquisition instrument can be connected with an ultrasonic wind direction wind direction meter or a mechanical wind cup type wind speed and direction indicator.Our company adopts a sturdy and reliable wind speed and wind direction sensor to ensure the accuracy of wind speed and direction measurement.

2.3 Temperature and humidity pressure sensor

Our temperature and humidity air pressure sensor adopts imported temperature and humidity chips and air pressure chip, which has the advantages of high precision, long-term operation and stability.

Technical data: 1.Operating environment: -40 °C ~ +60 °C, 0 ~ 100RH; 2.Temperature measurement range: -40°C~+123.8°C; 3.The maximum allowable temperature error: ± 0.3 °C; 4.Humidity measurement range: 0 ~ 100% RH; 5.Humidity maximum allowable error: +3%. 6.Pressure measurement range: 300~1100hPa; 7.Air pressure resolution: 0.01hPa; 8.Pressure measurement tolerance: ± 0.3 hPa.

2.4  Rainfall sensor

The rainfall sensor uses the principle of piezoelectric induction, consisting of a stainless steel cover that senses rainfall and a piezoelectric sensor on the bottom of the cover. The size and number of raindrops is proportional to the signal, so it can be converted into rainfall, not the vibration generated by raindrops, but filtered by a filter.

3.Way of communication

The data acquisition instrument integrates the wireless GPRS communication module, uses the RS232 interface, RS485 and other interfaces, and the user can select the corresponding interface to transmit the data to the server according to the requirements.

3.1 wireless GPRS communication way

In the wireless GPRS communication mode of the data collector, after the user sets the center IP, port number, and communication mode through the serial port instruction mode or the user interface, the data collector sends weather data to the user data center according to the user set time period.

3.3 RS-485 communication way

The data acquisition instrument integrates an RS-485 communication interface, and the user can connect the multi-weather image data acquisition instrument to the server through the RS-485 modbus. The server polls each data collector according to the set period.
